Therapy Process Groups
QLC offers an online therapy process group for quarterlifers (those in their twenties and thirties). In this weekly group, you will meet with your group online (max of 8 people) and a therapist who facilitates the group process. Process groups are a powerful way to grow and practice relationship skills in a safe, confidential setting. Group members share their lives, and support and challenge one another. Themes central to the quarterlife phase of life will be explored. Common areas of focus are expressing emotions, compromising, assertiveness, boundaries, and sharing time and space in the group. Our process groups are an effective way to increase your capacity to navigate interactions with people in your life, including romantic partners, work colleagues, relatives and friends. Group therapy can be used in conjunction with individual therapy or as stand-alone therapy. Members for this group must be in their twenties and thirties. All genders welcome. Participants must be in individual therapy as well. Group meets weekly for 90 minutes.

“You don’t really know yourself until you look through someone else’s eyes. In a room with Dr. Ezra (a real therapist), eight New Yorkers explore hidden truths about their own intimacy, loneliness, sexuality, and fears. Inspired by Irvin Yalom’s novel “The Schopenhauer Cure”, GROUP is a fly-on-the-wall experience of a kind you’ve never seen before. (Drama series in 7 episodes).”
